Detailed overview
our cancellation policies
- For cancellation of private lessons until 5:00 PM the day before, the full amount, thereafter 50% is refunded.
- For group courses, cancellation is only possible with a doctor's certificate.
- Minimum number of participants in courses is 4 people. If a group reduces to less than 4 participants, we reserve the right to combine them, or to shorten the number of lesson hours. Course tickets can only be used on consecutive days.
- Multiple teacher changes possible due to flexible organization.
- Refund of the price due to injury or illness can only be refunded with medical confirmation. No liability can be assumed for accidents occurring before and during the course.
- Course cancellations due to weather-related influences (force majeure) cannot be replaced. Private courses take place in all weather conditions. The course ticket is not transferable! Unused course days expire!
- The course fee does not include the use of the lift facilities.
- Furthermore, the General Terms and Conditions of the SBSSV apply.
